FAQ:

  • What additional services are available? +

    Although, most of our services can be found in the "Site Menu" on our website, please feel free to ask us of any services that you may need assistance with. We have experience in many areas. If we are not comfortable in assisting you with your project we will try to refer you on to someone that might be able to.
  • What equipment do you have available? +

    We have a laptop, projector & projector screen available to use should you wish for us to assist during a professional presentation or slide show (weddings, birthday, office parties etc). We do not rent this equipment out, but charge a minimum fee for us to come and assist in the presentation with our equipment.
  • What are the prices for our services? +

    Each project will be designed specifically for our clients. With the exception of the "Virtual Tour Rates" which are listed in the site menu, our rates may range from $13.00/hr to $30.00/hr or on a per project rate. All rates will be agreed upon prior to the start of any project. A deposit maybe requested based on the project needs.
  • What payments methods do we accept? +

    We accept: Cash, Local Company Check, Mastercard, Visa and Paypal. A deposit maybe required prior to the start of a project.
  • What support options are available? +

    A brief agreement must be signed prior to any work starting. Should it be necessary for changes to be made in addition to what is in the original agreement, a change order fee maybe added to the final bill. If you are looking for "Customer Support" after the project has been completed to the agreed upon terms, there will be a per hour rate ranging from $13.00/hr to $30.00/hr depending on the assistance needed.
  • What delivery options do we offer? +

    The majority of our projects will be delivered on line via the internet, email, by fax or in person. Should any project materials need to be shipped or mailed, additional materials & shipping charges maybe added to the final bill.
  • What is our refund policy? +

    We do not have a "Refund Policy" for services already completed. We will do our best on each project but should there be a concern, we ask that you call or email us during regular business hours so we may discuss any concerns in detail.

Simple Plans and Pricing

  • Most projects will range from $15.00 - $30.00 per hour.
  • Projects can be quoted on a "hourly" or "per project" basis.
  • A simple contract agreement including the work to be completed and the rate will be signed by both parties prior to the start of any project. (See Contract Examples)
  • A deposit maybe required to start the project.
  • All contracts will be completed by Resource It - 2 Me and signed by both parties.  The Samples shown are for Example Only....
  • Special projects may be quoted at a base price with an estimated number of hours to complete.
  • Change orders may require a "Change Work Order" and additonal fees may apply.
